Catnip and Chamomile herbs are a staple in our home.
We use it for a variety of ailments and always have a bottle of extract on hand.
 
It is said to help with things such as teething pain, sleep issues, anxiety, GI upset, heartburn, bloating, gas, nausea and every day aches and pains.
